He began his e-commerce career in 2018, building high-volume sales channels across Amazon FBA and DTC Shopify ecosystems. Recognizing the critical bottlenecks in third-party shipping, Anton transitioned to infrastructure development, deploying automated warehouse management systems and lean fulfillment workflows that achieve 99.8% order accuracy.
