Where to send inventory
Ship cartons and pallets to Ecom Auto Prep, 12466 NW 39th St, Coral Springs, FL 33065. Please contact us before you ship so we can confirm the delivery details and expect your container or pallets.
What to send with every delivery
- A packing list or invoice that matches the contents
- Your SKU or product identifiers on every carton
- Carton labels that are readable and not covered
- A shipping notice with the number of cartons or pallets and the delivery date
We check the delivery against the packing list, count it, inspect the outer cartons and log it into your account. Receiving takes about 48 hours from delivery to available stock.
Pallets and cartons
Palletized freight should be stacked safely and wrapped. We work to Amazon-compatible standards, for example GMA 40x48 Grade A pallets for FBA shipments. Storage conditions
Our warehouse is a dry ambient facility. We do not accommodate temperature-controlled, refrigerated or cold-chain goods.
Lot numbers and expiration dates are tracked in our warehouse system, and stock ships first-expired-first-out (FEFO).
Regulated and restricted products

Preparing goods for Amazon
If you send units that are already prepped, we check labels and carton requirements before forwarding. Amazon changes its rules, so see our Amazon FBA prep page and your Seller Central account for the current requirements.
